The safe space allows for open dialogue between participants. Our team acts as a mediator, guiding the conversion towards a positive solution.

DIALECTICAL BEHAVIOUR THERAPY (DBT)

Regulating your emotions in a healthy way

Dialectical behavior therapy is an evidence-based psychotherapy that began with efforts to treat borderline personality disorder.
